Due to the technical nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for correctly supplied items.

Defective Items

Returns are only permitted if the item is proven to be defective and not functional upon arrival. In such cases:

• Claims must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
• Technical proof or a report from a certified technician may be required to verify the defect.
• Defective items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion after inspection.
