GulfCoat Corrosion Coating provides coverage for 25 sq. ft. of coils (up to 3 rows) or 350 sq. ft of surface coverage (cabinet) per gallon. Results vary depending on user’s spray technique.

MODINE GULFCLEAN SALT REDUCER

Offer the best cleaning products available, this two-step process will clean and revitalize HVAC equipment.
GulfClean® Salt Reducer the second step in the 2-step process. It is a concentrated liquid soluble
salt reducer chemical blend which aids in the removal of chlorides, sulfates and surface reacted salts. Use in conjunction with the first step, the coil cleaner to thoroughly clean and revitalize HVAC equipment.

A Preventative Maintenance program that includes using the coil cleaner and salt reducer will help reduce corrosion potential, reduce energy usage and help extend equipment replacement timeline by keeping the unit running efficiently.
To maintain a valid warranty for Insitu® Spray Applied Corrosion Coating coils and ElectroFin® E-coat coated coils must use GulfClean Coil Cleaner and Salt Reducer.
Recommended for cleaning ALL coated coils as part of a preventative maintenance program.

Heresite HereShield is a low-VOC direct to metal coating that was developed as a higher performing alternative to VR-514. It exhibits excellent corrosion resistance, UV resistance and weathering qualities, along with good adhesion to ferrous and non-ferrous metals without complex pretreatment or primers. HereShield offers excellent durability and salt fog performance. Additional benefits include good adhesion, good film building characteristics, and flexibility. This single component coating is typically applied on the internal and external surfaces of HVAC-R heat exchangers and related equipment. HereShield is specially formulated for marine/saltwater environments. It is splash resistant to a range of acids and inorganic salts.
